It is scary to see what children bring to school in their lunch boxes. In some cases it is the same food every day and this results in food being thrown away, or there is a variety but it includes unhealthy foodstuff. What is recommended for lunchboxes?
  1. One daily serving of cut up fresh fruit or fruits such as apple, pears, peaches, cherry, oranges…
  2. A homemade biscuit of muffin.
  3. A mini sandwich of any food that does no spoil easily such as different kinds of cheese, roast beef, chicken…
  4. A juice that is without addition of water or sugar or chemicals.
  5. Some vegetables that can be eaten raw such as carrots…
  6. A water bottle.
Avoid mayonnaise, eggs, heavy fatty food, sweets, and other items not allowed at school.
